The return policy us only active for the product in normal using condition. Damage from transportion and chemical, uncorrected installation and maintenance, and damage from natural disaster are not covered.
If the product within warranty is maifunction, we will fix or replace with new fitttings or new product only. we will notin be responsible of other expenses other than our product.
